Reservations are required for all Spa and Salon services and are subject to availability. A credit card is required to hold your reservation.

Please give The Spa a 24-hour cancellation notice or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

You are issued a locker; however, please refrain from bringing valuables.

Minimum age for massages, body therapies and stone therapies is 18. There is no age minimum for salon services. Anyone under 12 may not use the whirlpool or sauna, and anyone aged 13 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

To take advantage of the “Spa Experience”, in addition to a therapy, please arrive 30 minutes in advance of your scheduled time. All therapies begin and end on time, so it is imperative that you arrive well in advance of your scheduled time.

Please bring any health concerns to the attention of The Spa staff prior to entering The Spa facility.

We supply most body and beauty amenities; however, personal items are not provided.

Our sauna and whirlpool are unisex. Please be sure to bring along your bathing suit since the sauna and whirlpool are an integral part of your “Spa Experience”.

Parties of 6 or more will be charged an 18 % gratuity.
