Beach Club Rental Polices & Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to The Beach Club! We know that you are going to have a terrific vacation of pure pleasure and relaxation! Please take a few moments to read this helpful information.
 

Making Your Reservation

Sterling Beach Club Management, LLC accepts cash, travelers checks, and all major credit cards. No personal checks please. At the time of booking, a payment of 25% of the total amount of the reservation is due. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of advance payment. Please review all information for accuracy of dates and accommodations. Rates are subject to change without notice. Sterling Beach Club Management, LLC reserves the right to change vacation residence assignments without notice.
 

Changes & Cancellations

Reservations are subject to the following change and cancellation policies:

Cancelled reservations, date or unit changes that occur within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the GRAND TOTAL (deposit, rent, taxes, & fees). Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date have 24 hours from the time reservations are made to change and/or cancel without penalty. After this time, the above-stated change/cancellation policies go into effect. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE. Click here for a brief description of coverage. No refunds will be issued inside the cancellation date range for any reason including mandatory hurricane evacuations, illness, etc. False pretenses given will result in cancellation of reservations by Sterling Beach Club Management and appropriate cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card. All changes are subject to minimum stay requirements.
 

Credit Cards

All guests are required to pay their room charge 30 days prior to arrival. Guest is required to provide agent with imprint of a current credit card prior to occupying the vacation residence to secure payment for all charges incurred by guest. All additional charges must be paid in full upon check out. Should guest remain beyond paid rental period, guest’s card shall be charged the application fees for that additional period of time. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, and the party will not be permitted to register.
 

Arrival & Departure

Check-In: After 3:00 pm. Check-Out: By 10:00 am.

Normal CHECK-IN HOURS are AFTER 3:00 P.M., Central time. Check-ins arriving after 11:00 p.m. may receive assistance in getting into their scheduled vacation residence from our onsite security personnel, but must register and check in with the Rental Office by 11:00 am the following day. IF AVAILABLE, SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE NO MORE THAN 48 HOURS AND LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR EARLY CHECK-INS. CHECK-OUT is PRIOR TO 10:00 A.M. A properly completed express check-out form and all keys provided may be turned in at the Rental Office prior to 10:00 a.m. in lieu of checking out with The Beach Club personnel. Guests are required to vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the confirmed departure, unless otherwise extended by written agreement, in advance, or shall pay twice the daily amount of rental stated for each additional day. Sterling Beach Club Management, LLC shall have the right to take immediate possession of the vacation residence in the event of non-payment and/or holdover. IT IS VITAL THAT CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE STRICTLY OBSERVED SO THAT OUR HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT HAS ADEQUATE TIME TO PREPARE THE VACATION RESIDENCES FOR INCOMING GUESTS.
 

Lost or Un-Returned Room/Elevator Keys

Charges will apply for lost keys or keys not returned to Sterling Beach Club Management, LLC by the day of the confirmed departure.
 

Hours of Operation

The Rental Office is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
 

Agency Disclosure

Sterling Beach Club Management, LLC is the agent of and paid by the owners of the condominium units on its rental program in The Beach Club, a Subdivision.
 

Club Membership Privileges

A temporary membership card will be provided to guest as part of the check-in package. The temporary membership card will entitle the guest to use all of the facilities of The Beach Club including “member only” portions of the Clubhouse and pool area of the Clubhouse.
 

Capacity

The maximum number of guests allowed per unit is:

1 Bedroom – 6 people
2 Bedroom – 6 people
3 Bedroom – 8 people
4 Bedroom – 8-10 people
5 Bedroom – 10-12 people

Having more persons stay in a unit, than are properly registered, is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of payment and expulsion from the property.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are the tower residences (condos) Gulf front?
A: Every Beach Club tower residence has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. Personal checks are not accepted.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: All Sterling Beach Club vacation residences prohibit pets. Evidence of pets may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent and additional cleaning fees. Q: What time is check in and check out?
A: Check-In: After 3 pm. Check-Out: By 10 am.

Q. What are your office hours?
A. The Rental Office is open daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Hours may be extended during peak seasons, weekends, and over certain holidays.

Q: What golf courses are near by?
A: There are several golf courses in close proximity to The Beach Club: Kiva Dunes is approximately .5 miles from The Beach Club, The Peninsula is approximately 6 miles from The Beach Club, and Craft Farms is approximately 15 miles away. Please call 888.260.7263 for golf package information.

Q: Do you have any smoking residences?
A: Smoking is prohibited in all Sterling Beach Club residences. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

Q: What do I need to bring?
A: All residences are furnished with bed and bath linens, kitchen supplies (non-food), washer/dryer, iron/ironing board and hairdryers. Towels are provided for inside use only. An initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, automatic dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent are provided at check-in. Tip: Bring extra trash bags, toilet tissue, paper towels and some hand dishwashing soap (like Dawn) if you like from home or you may conveniently purchase additional supplies at the Village Market & Grill.

Q: Can I bring a barbecue grill?
A: Use of non-electric cooking or barbecue equipment on property is restricted to designated areas. Please contact the rental office for details.

Q: Does my residence have internet access?
A: High-speed internet access is complimentary and is available in all Sterling Beach Club managed residences.
