I just want to take a moment to tell you about one of your
amazing vacation planners. I had e-mailed a few weeks ago
to ask where I might purchase a birthday cake for our
daughter-in-law while we're in Gulf Shores. Your staff
member recommended a bakery nearby which I called ...
but unfortunately, the bakery is closed on Sunday and
Monday. [We are] arriving Sunday and Beth's birthday
is Monday. When I e-mailed your staff member to thank her
for her help, I mentioned that I wouldn't be able to use the
bakery as they are closed the two days I could pick up the cake.
I couldn't believe it when she quickly replied that she believes
birthdays are special occasions and she would be happy to pick
the cake up for me! I cannot tell you how happy that made me!!!
I was just blown away that a perfect stranger would offer to do
this favor for me ... without even being asked! So ... I just
wanted you to know what a great employee you have ...
so willing to go above and beyond her job to ensure that we
have a good time at The Beach Club.  I think it's rare these
days to have someone be so kind and I appreciate her so much."
