Club Membership

The Beach Club Membership entitles the member to use all of the beach, tennis, spa, fitness, swimming and social facilities of The Beach Club.

In addition to exceptional Club facilities, a commitment to excellence in service and operations, and an extensive array of programs and activities for Beach Club Members and their families, membership in The Beach Club offers a number of attractive benefits, including:

Refundable Membership Deposit. One hundred percent (100%) of the Membership Deposit paid for a membership will be refunded upon resignation and re-issuance of the membership, as provided for in this Membership Plan.

No Assessments. Members are not subject to either operating or capital assessments.

Club Reciprocals. Members receive a 20% discount on green fees and a 10% discount in the golf pro shop at The Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club.

Cashless Society. Our automated swipe card system allows our members to enjoy the effects of a cashless society. All purchases made with your membership card will automatically transfer to your account and will be billed at month’s end.

Tenant Privileges. Tenants of a member's unit in the Community may enjoy membership privileges in The Beach Club. Only members may arrange for their tenants to use the private areas of the Club Facilities. Fees may apply.

Member-Only Areas. The Beach Club will designate certain areas of the Club Facilities as "members-only".

Events and Activities. The Beach Club may sponsor activities from time to time such as festivals, lectures, cultural events, field trips to events, parties, and barbecues. Fees may apply.

Preferred Pricing. Members enjoy a 10% discount in The Spa, The Restaurant and The Village Mercantile. Members also receive a 10% discount on prepared foods at The Village Market and retail products at The Racquet Club. Complimentary fitness classes, as well as locker rentals and towels services are offered.
